Arthur (Art) Ally is founder and president of Timothy Plan, a publicly traded multibillion-dollar mutual fund on the New York Stock Exchange and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

Ally is general partner of Timothy Partners Ltd. (the advisor of Timothy Plan) and past president of Covenant Financial Management Inc. (CFM), a financial planning firm he founded in 1990 prior to establishing Timothy Plan.

Ally was formerly certified as both a financial planner and public accountant and has 50 years of experience in the investment industry. Prior to forming CFM, Ally spent eight years with Shearson Lehman Brothers as vice president, branch manager, and financial consultant, and five years with Prudential-Bache in the same capacity.

Throughout his career in the investment industry, Ally has developed an area of expertise in money management selection, which has proven to be an asset to the Timothy Plan fund family, as all its funds are sub-advised by best-of-class money management firms.

A sought-after conference speaker, Ally has presented seminars and workshops throughout the United States, primarily to registered financial advisors and investors.

Ally graduated from Cleveland State University with a degree in accounting and finance. Art and his wife, Bonnie, celebrated more than 61 years of marriage before Bonnie went to be with the Lord in March 2023 after a valiant fight with cancer. They have three children, 10 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
