Covenant Journey Academy offers three payment options to meet your needs.
Tuition Discount Programs
You’re taking a stand, and we’re proud to stand with you. See how CJA’s discounts can make high-quality education more accessible than ever.
Early Enrollment Discount
For new students enrolled full time who pay prior to July 1st for the school year, there is a 5% discount on tuition. Early Enrollment Discount is stackable with any one of the discounts below for a maximum of 10% savings.
Multi-Child Discount
For families with two or more children enrolled full time, there is a 5% savings on tuition for each household. Stackable only with the Early Payment Discount.
Military Discount
For children of active-duty servicepersons or veterans (with LES or DD-214 form), there is a 5% savings on full-time tuition. Stackable only with the Early Payment Discount.
Pastor/Missionary Discount
For children of active pastors or missionaries, there is a 5% savings on full-time tuition. Stackable only with the Early Payment Discount.
First Responder/Healthcare Personnel Discount
For children of active first responders and healthcare personnel, there is a 5% savings on full-time tuition. Stackable only with the Early Payment Discount.
Approved Non-Profit Organization Discount
A 5% discount may be offered to families with full-time employment status at approved non-profit organizations. Stackable only with the Early Payment Discount.
*Tuition and discounts are subject to certain limitations and subject to change without notice. Tuition discounts apply only to tuition paid for courses registered at the time of enrollment and do not apply to any other fees or charges. Discounts are stackable only with the Early Payment Discount and otherwise cannot be combined. Total discounts cannot exceed 10% of tuition cost. For more details on tuition programs, please speak with an Admissions Counselor.

Fees
Application Fee
$100 full-time. $65 part time.
Enrollment Fee
All new and returning students will be charged a $65 enrollment fee each year.
Shipping Fees
For any materials shipped, a shipping fee will be determined prior to completing course enrollment.
Transcript Fees
A nominal fee may occur for additional copies of Covenant Journey Academy official transcripts.
Course Fees
Some courses may have additional fees for supplemental materials (computer programs, labs, etc.). These additional costs will be available at time of registration.
Graduation Fees
A nominal fee of $50 will be charged for graduation.
