With over 17 years in the higher education industry, she is skilled in business development, admissions counseling, student recruitment, career development, and academic advising. Michelle is also bilingual (Spanish and English) and is a Certified Empowerment Life Coach. Holding fast to her values, she prioritizes personal and professional growth and development. Her faith in God and love for ministry are what brought her to Covenant Journey Academy.
