Idaho’s New $50 Million School Choice Law Empowers Homeschool Families
ORLANDO, FL — In a landmark victory for education freedom, Idaho Governor Brad Little has signed House Bill 93 into law, reports The Daily Signal. House Bill 93 allocates $50 million to expand school choice programs across the state through a $5,000 tax credit for families to cover education expenses such as tuition, supplies, and tutors, and up to $7,500 for special needs students.
This tax credit program is set to begin in 2026, offering families exceptional flexibility in tailoring their children’s education.
