Timothy Plan President Arthur D. Ally Joins CJA Board
ORLANDO, FL — Arthur (Art) Ally, founder of Timothy Plan, the multibillion-dollar mutual fund company, has been named to the Board of Advisors for Covenant Journey Academy (CJA). Timothy Plan is publicly traded on the New York and Tel Aviv Stock Exchanges.

Ally is the founder and president of Timothy Plan, the nation’s leading biblically based, pro-life, pro-family investment company. Ally graduated from Cleveland State University with a degree in accounting and finance. Art and his wife, Bonnie, celebrated more than 61 years of marriage before Bonnie went to be with the Lord in March 2023 after a valiant fight with cancer. They have three children, 10 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
